Leading Change Foundational Workshop

This two day workshop covers the foundations of leading human-centered change. Grounded in case studies and experiential learning opportunities, participants see first-hand what it takes for change efforts to stick.

OBJECTIVES:

• Developing an understanding of the human side of change – understanding why change efforts often fail, and what it means to capture both the hearts and the minds of people to successfully achieve change.

• Practice concrete tactics for engaging stakeholders to co-define the challenge, seek authentic input, and rally toward a change.

• Develop operational moves for sustaining change – building strong supports, creating input cycles, and nurturing bright spots.
